Concept Development
During a brief tour of your space, I will gain an understanding of the layout, lighting and functionality. Style and existing furnishings/elements desired to remain and be included will be discussed and mutually determined. I will also take measurements, photographs, and inventory to create a comprehensive and detailed plan. Utilizing our agreed upon design elements and targeted budget, I will research and develop creative and individualized solutions.
Present
We will meet for a presentation appointment seven-ten days later. This is an exciting time of recommendation and collaboration! I will present several design plans to meet your needs, suit your preferences and accommodate your lifestyle. Visualizing various design options will be easy for you using our combination of computer generated floor plans, mood boards, and renderings of your space.
Implement and Evaluate
I will personally implement and oversee an expert team of professionals to transform your existing space into a place that truly tells your story, a reflection of you. The product will be a perfect combination where functionality meets aesthetic. Following reveal day, you will have an opportunity to supply client feedback regarding your experience so that I have an opportunity to refine and improve the process.
